Yes. Make sure it is small and well groomed.

Yes. We strive to make all of our customers happy, but understand that sometimes things happen. All imagery has a full money back guarantee.
What do I do if my child was absent on school picture day?
We have a scheduled retake day for every school. You can either check with your school or contact us at 503-556-5232 to get that date. You can send your child's original order envelope to school with him or her on that date. If you don't have it, we will have some extra envelopes with us at the school on that day.
We understand that in rare instances a student might miss their retake day as well. We have three dates set aside this fall for 'One Shots' at our studio here in Rainier Oregon. They are:
September 16, October 21, and
November 18, 2010
'One Shots' affords you the opportunity to have your child's image captured. The time is from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. No appointment is necessary, as it's a 'first come-first served' basis.
What do I do if my child didn't have an order envelope on picture day?
If your child got his or her picture taken at school, we have the image. This affords you several options:
1. If you give us a call before 3:00 p.m. on the following day, you can place your order over the phone using the original school envelope pricing. If you need to call later than that, there will be a small processing fee.
2. You will recive a 'Reorder Certificate' when all orders are returned to the school. (approximately 2 weeks after the picture date) You can fill that certificate out and mail it to us:

or you can use the confidential personal password created for your student, which can be found in the upper left corner of the Reorder Certificate (a series of lower case letters printed with red ink) to order online at www.bellprophoto.com
What if I'm not happy with my student's photograph?
We have a scheduled retake day for every school. You can either check with your school or contact us at 503-556-5232 to get that date.
Just have your student bring his or her complete order back to us in the bag they were packaged in on the day we come back to their school. We'll replace that order with the new image.
How late can I order pictures for my student?
We keep the school images until the end of June following a school year. There is a one time $5.00 processing fee for all late orders.
What do I do if my student lost his or her school ASB/ID card?
We can only issue new or replacement ASB cards if the school requests that we do so.
If your student needs to have one replaced, contact your school and ask them to please request one for you.
