All online transactions are handled via our secure third party e-commerce company, so you can know that your information is secure.

REFUND POLICY

100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you aren't happy with your portraits let us know, and we'll do everything we can to make them right. If we can't make them work, simply return them for a full refund. We pride ourselves on having less than a 3% retake rate; that means our customers are happy with our product the first time. We advice our school customers who don't like their school picture to wait until retake day, where we'll get a second chance to capture the look they want for the school year.

DELIVERY METHOD
